  • IDT 71V016 3.3V 64K x 16 Bit Asynchronous Static RAM.
  • Alcatel custom chip
  • 393 (LM393) dual independent precision voltage comparator.
  • HB244 (74HC244) Octal buffer/drivers with tri-state outputs.
  • 431C (LM431) Programmable Voltage Reference.
