Datasheets of Electronic Components

\\ ===== Overview ===== I often spend a lot of time searching the internet for datasheets for electronic devices. Sometimes these can be found on the manufacturer's website, or archives of it, but often if the component or device is no longer produced they no longer provide the datasheets. There are many website that offer datasheets, but very often they lead you on a wild goose chase and without an ad-blocker they are unusable. So I will list in these pages datasheets as I find them, in the hope they might be more easily found here by the next person seeking them out. I will list any reliable sources of datasheets, that I find, in the references section, please email me if you find any more! ===== The Datasheets ===== On the sidebar there is a list of component/device manufacturers, initially at least devices will be listed alphabetically by part number. If my collection gets large then other categorization schemes may be implemented. ===== Date Codes ===== ((More info at https://maker.pro/forums/threads/japanese-date-codes.122951/)) In the following “**n**” is a place holder for a digit, “**A**” for an alphabetic character, and “**X**” is either. “**nAn**” IC date codes\\ Many integrated circuits made in Asia used a three character code to state the year, month and week of manufacture.\\ Format //ymw//, so “6C4” means the 4th week of March 1986. ^//m//^Month| ^A|January| ^B|February| ^C|March| ^D|April| ^E|May| ^F|June| ^G|July| ^H|August| ^J|September| ^K|October| ^L|November| ^M|December| (NB "I" not used for month) “**nnnn**” IC date codes\\ Many integrated circuits have a four digit code to state the week and year of manufacture.\\ Format //yyww// or //wwyy//, so “8610” or 1086 for tenth week of 1986. “**nnXX**” IC date codes\\ Many integrated circuits made by Sharp in the 1980s used a four character code to state the year, month and week of manufacture.\\ Format //nymw//: Id digit, Last digit of year, Month, Week. So 921C means third week of January, 1982 ^//m//^Month| ^1|January| ^2|February| ^3|March| ^4|April| ^5|May| ^6|June| ^7|July| ^8|August| ^9|September| ^X|October| ^Y|November| ^Z|December| ^//w//^Week of month| ^A|Week 1| ^B|Week 2| ^C|Week 3| ^D|Week 4| ^E|Week 5| ====== References and Additional Resources ====== * Bit Savers is the first place to look for high quality scanned copies of computer related datasheets. * Archive.org is always a good place to look, although I wish they had a better search engine. * ChipDB.org a wide range of datasheets. * Chip documentation wiki * Pinout data * Nalanda archive, Archives of lots of datasheets and app notes from Advanced Micro Devices, Advanced Power Technology, Advanced RISC Machines, Altera, Analog Devices, Atmel, Burr Brown, Elantec, International Rectifier, Intersil, Maxim, Microchip, Micronas, National Semiconductor, Onsemiconductor (Motorola), Philips, Power Integration, Siemens, Texas Instruments, Unitrode, Xilinx, and Zetex. * Datasheet.hk * Chipdir ((https://web.archive.org/web/20100210040329/http://www.xtremetech.com.au/chipdir/|Australia))((http://www.radiomaterial.com/chipdir/|x Czech))((https://web.archive.org/web/20041204013022/http://www.moliusis.de/chipdir/|Germany))((http://www.xs4all.nl/~ganswijk/chipdir/|Netherlands 1))((http://www.chipdir.nl/|Netherlands 2))((http://margo.student.utwente.nl/stefan/chipdir/|Netherlands 3))((http://www.batnet.pl/chipdir/|Poland))((https://web.archive.org/web/20130731042335/http://www.micros.com.pl/chipdir/|Poland))((http://www.chipinfo.ru/chipdir/|Russia))((https://web.archive.org/web/20131219032005/http://www.fer.nu/chipdir/|Spain))((http://www.acl.co.uk/chipdir/|United Kingdom 1))((http://chipdir.pinout.co.uk/|United Kingdom 2))((http://www.embeddedlinks.com/chipdir/|California)) * A bunch of PDF datasheets * Semiconductor manufacturer logos
